We will repair a vintage Japanese doll wearing a kimono. One of them has a cloth face, while the other has a porcelain face. Because they are old items, it’s uncertain how much we can restore them to their original condition. Particularly, the cloth face is deeply stained, and because the core is a lump of fabric, it’s a labor-intensive process that cannot easily involve water.
